Some Cultures Feed You. Some Cultures Devour You. Know the Difference.

Every believer lives inside multiple cultures — family, workplace, church, friendships, social spaces. But not every culture is safe. Not every culture is supportive. Not every culture is spiritually compatible with who you are becoming.

Some cultures feed you.
Some cultures devour you.

A culture that feeds you strengthens your spirit. It aligns with your values. It encourages your growth. It challenges you to rise higher. It honors your purpose. It sharpens your discernment. You leave those spaces feeling clearer, grounded, hopeful, and spiritually awake.

A culture that devours you drains your spirit. It contradicts your identity. It normalizes dysfunction. It suppresses your voice. It invites compromise. It keeps you small. You leave those spaces feeling unsettled, anxious, confused, or spiritually dulled.

Your spirit always knows the difference.

The mistake many believers make is assuming they have to survive devouring cultures instead of exiting them. They call it endurance, loyalty, or patience — when in reality it is spiritual erosion.

You are not called to be consumed.
You are called to be cultivated.

The wrong culture will destroy your confidence, dull your discernment, and warp your identity. The right culture will accelerate your calling, strengthen your character, and position you for spiritual clarity.

Ask yourself:
Which cultures in your life feed you?
Which cultures drain you?
Which cultures are changing you without your permission?

Your spiritual strength depends on the cultures you allow yourself to stay in.
